Public Safety Organisations are all institutions that are concerned with averting danger. These include, for example: police, fire department, ambulance and emergency doctors. The factors of time and safety are of utmost relevance here. In addition, these organizations know a wide range of tasks: from emergency treatment, the protection of people to the rescue of people from burning houses.

Changes in information and communications technology are putting organizations under great pressure to change. At the same time, ever higher demands are being placed on information security.
