Increase Usability through Design Standards

Challenge

Excellent Collaboration between Design and Engineering

The compact design allows the LRB 23 pile driver and drill rig to be transported in one piece, making it easy to move between job sites. The development process was characterized by a continuous balancing process between design quality, user experience and cost. Our trump card in this project was our wide-ranging competencies in design engineering.

Solution

Friendly for Users and the Environment

The LR 1200.1 unplugged and LR 1250.1 unplugged are the world's first battery-powered crawler cranes and offer the best possible combination of user benefits, efficiency and environmental compatibility. The newly developed equipment is exhaust-free and has very low noise emission, which is a great advantage for noise-sensitive environments and for the people working on the construction sites.

Benefit

More Joy of Use with increased Safety

The new design of the HS 8070.1 crawler crane focuses even more on safety in use. The tank nozzle, easily accessible via the pedestals on the upper carriage, is part of the user-friendly concept - a perfect example of the modern design strategy. The additional add-on bracket for mounting lamps or cameras makes the design more flexible overall.

Human. Technology. Together.
