Two apprentice application developers turning theory into real solutions.
At Consulteer, we don’t just talk about the talent gap in tech - we act on it. Our apprenticeship program is designed to give young people the foundation, mentorship, and real-world experience they need to grow into confident professionals.
Our two apprentices, Jan (18) and Kristijan (20), started their training with us two years ago. As part of the program, they spent their first phase at Noser Young, where they built a strong foundation in IT and programming.
This month, they officially joined us in-house at Consulteer to continue their apprenticeship - working directly with our teams, on real projects, for real clients.
Guided by Dragoslav Milovanović, Principal Consultant and Apprentices Trainer, Jan and Kristijan are not just learning to code. They’re learning how to:
Work side by side with experienced consultants
Communicate and collaborate across regions and cultures
Solve real problems in agile project settings
For Dragoslav, mentorship is about shared responsibility: “Young people are the future of our industry. We have the chance to help them understand what we do and how we do it - and that’s a step forward for everyone.”
For Jan and Kristijan, the step from training to real work is both exciting and motivating:
