Intuitive in Handling, robust in Use
The innovative tool management system, which was developed in cooperation with our partner Gühring, sets new standards in operator ergonomics. The simplification of the daily work routine and creation of a new working environment were the guiding principles.
The challenge lay in the multitude of product requirements to be met: strong and unbreakable, yet intuitive and easy to handle - always with the optimal ergonomics. In addition, we wanted to improve the user's working environment by bringing a touch of modern interior design to the world of industrial production. Sharp and precise shapes create a ""safe"" look that conveys maximum security.
SOLUTION
Design of an Interactive System
After the initial analysis, it was immediately clear to us: the user interface must be improved. Now additional safety-relevant functions such as a RFID sensor, barcode scanner can be built in. Overall, the user benefits from intuitive handling - they are guided from work step to work step by light signals.
