What inspires you and what motivates you?

Miljana Belic: I am inspired by the people around me and their constant pursuit of personal and professional growth. Surrounding myself with individuals who are committed to learning and self-improvement motivates me to strive for excellence in my work and personal life. I am driven to continue my own development and achieve my goals through the support and encouragement of those around me.

How would you describe your development in the company?

Miljana Belic: My development in the company has been focused on discovering my potential and building upon my existing skills. As an intern with no prior work experience, I am grateful for the guidance and mentorship I have received from my colleagues in the company. This support has allowed me to progress and develop my abilities further. I am constantly seeking out opportunities to learn and grow within my role and contribute to the company's success.

What was your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it?

Miljana Belic: My biggest challenge was learning and adapting to the new world of Mendix. As a platform that was completely foreign to me, it was a daunting task to navigate and understand its intricacies. However, with the support of the Mendix team and my colleagues, I was able to overcome this challenge through hard work, persistence, and a desire to improve my skills. I remained determined and committed to my progress, and in doing so, I was able to successfully master the platform.

What was your biggest achievement that you are proud of?

Miljana Belic: My proudest achievement was obtaining my first certification for Mendix. As I became familiar with the platform, I quickly realized its many advantages and how easy it was to apply. Despite the initial challenges, I was able to pass the certification exam and gain a deeper understanding of the platform's capabilities. This achievement reinforced my belief that hard work and a desire for self-improvement are integral to achieving success.

What can you say about your workplace and environment?

Miljana Belic: I feel incredibly fortunate to work in an environment that is supportive, collaborative, and feels like a family. The people I work with are not only colleagues but also mentors, friends, and sources of inspiration. We share a common goal of delivering quality work and growing as individuals and as a team. Even something as simple as having lunch together has become a regular routine that reinforces the positive and inclusive culture of the workplace.

How does your regular working day look like?

Miljana Belic: My regular working day typically begins with checking emails and having a cup of coffee. From there, I attend meetings to stay updated on project progress and discuss any potential issues or ideas. The majority of my day is spent working on my assigned projects, where I apply my skills and creativity to bring applications to life.
