Consulteer and the Defence & Security business area are proud of their (general) staff officers, command staff and commanders at unit and troop level. Consulteer supports the militia system and thus the security of Switzerland.

The basic and advanced training at the Higher Cadre Training of the Armed Forces (Central School (ZS) and General Staff School (Gst S)) and the annual advanced training services at the Swiss Armed Forces are an optimal basis for surviving day-to-day under time and information pressure in a polyvalent economic environment.

Problem identification and demand analysis are just as integral to the daily operations as crisis management and people leadership.
