Stronger Together.
A story about growing talent, shaping ideas and building the future together.
At Consulteer, we believe that talent develops through doing. Design is not learned from the sidelines. It grows through direct involvement — by testing, failing, and improving.
During a two-month internship in our Dornbirn studio, 19-year-old Bruno joined the Industrial Design team, mentored by Senior Designer Christoph Albiez. From day one, he worked hands-on. Sketching. Prototyping. Challenging assumptions. Applying feedback.
Bruno was given room to think like a designer and act like one. The result was more than technical growth — it was clarity about his path forward.
Design is a team sport and so is mentorship.
“The more you work together, the better your ideas become.” — Christoph
For Christoph, mentoring means enabling ownership. He didn’t guide from above but worked side by side. Bruno was expected to contribute, not just observe.
Design reviews were real. Feedback was direct. Decisions were shared. Bruno was involved in every part of the process and took responsibility for moving ideas forward.
Exploring what’s possible and making it tangible.
“We explored what a futuristic Porsche tractor could look like, especially the interior.” — Bruno
One of Bruno’s key projects was a concept study: What if Porsche returned to the world of farming? He explored what a modern tractor cockpit could feel like.
He designed the layout, mapped control elements, modeled in 3D, and tested ergonomics. The goal wasn’t only aesthetics. It was to combine form, usability, and clarity into an intuitive and bold user experience.
Good design starts with listening.
“I learned the most by listening to others talk about things I wasn’t even working on.” — Bruno
What impacted Bruno most was the environment. Sitting in team discussions. Observing how decisions were made. Absorbing how others solved problems.
Design is more than craft. It’s mindset. Being part of a team gave Bruno insight into what it means to think like a designer in real-world contexts.
